01
I interpret into 3 foreign languages
Is your event addressed to English speakers? Are you looking to do business with Italians? Or perhaps you are planning a German-Polish seminar? There’s no need to look for 3 different interpreters. I work with all these languages.
02
I cooperate with a network of interpreters
Do you need interpreting services in languages other than English, German or Italian? I will be happy to recommend trusted interpreters in 16 foreign languages – both members of the Polish Association of Conference Interpreters and unassociated professionals. Operating from Poland or based abroad.
03

Based on the event scenario, I assess the technical requirements of the interpreting service and engage trusted partners with suitable knowledge and equipment.

ORDER CONFERENCE INTERPRETING
What are the benefits?
A wider audience and greater reach
Any interpreted event is accessible to a wider audience, both nationally and internationally. It is shared and made available by larger numbers of media outlets and social network channels.
A boost in the event’s ranking
The presence of an interpreter on stage or at a protocol meeting is proof of the event’s professionalism, which increases its prestige.
Appreciation of the speakers
Speakers are free to focus on their performance as their words and ideas are accurately conveyed by professional interpreters, with you earning the respect of conference attendees.
Intro to networking
By offering efficient interpretation during the main event, you make it much easier for the attendees to build positive business relationships during their informal get-togethers.
Excellent organisation
Your international conference is perfectly organised thanks to the support of experienced interpreters. And that means less stress for you.
CONFERENCE INTERPRETING
Choose the type that best suits your event.
simultaneous interpreting
Will your conference use more than two languages? Do you want to prevent interpretation from affecting the dynamics of the event? Choose simultaneous interpretation. As the message is translated in real-time, the speaker does not need to pause.
Simultaneous interpreting requires qualified interpreters, a booth, receivers and technical support.
consecutive interpreting
Are you planning a large-scale event held on stage, a meeting with an author or a table discussion? Choose consecutive interpretation. The interpreter translates the message every sentence or two in the pauses provided by the speaker.
Consecutive interpreting requires a good sound system and a separate microphone on a tripod.
remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI)
Are you thinking of hosting a seminar, meeting or workshops, but the attendees are unable to meet in the same place and at the same time? Choose remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI). The interpreter converts speech in real-time using an online communication platform.
RSI requires a suitable video conferencing platform and technical support.
PRICE ESTIMATION
Interpreting is a specialist service that I carefully tailor to each individual event.
To prepare a price estimation, I first need some essential information:
- What are the languages the meeting will be interpreted to and from?
- How long will the meeting last?
- What topics will the event cover?
- Will the meeting take place in person or online?
- Will the meeting be broadcast?
The professional practice is to use a full-day rate when pricing conference interpreting.
Why is that? An interpreter is required to reserve much more time for the client than the actual length of the interpreting assignment. On many occasions, the interpreter spends a considerable amount of time on research, listening to recordings, preparing glossaries and looking into logistics for the upcoming event.
Added to this is the ongoing work on one’s languages abilities and one’s professional skill set. We talk to experts, and we want to sound like experts, and this requires the amplification of specialist vocabulary and preparations completed before the meeting itself.

INTERPRETATION
DIPLOMACY
Diplomatic interpreting demands extraordinary skills of interpreters. Apart from having perfect knowledge of languages, they must also play a representative role. Understanding the character of the event and relevant experience in the diplomatic protocol are also a must.
I have completed a great variety of diplomatic interpreting assignments; however, most are subject to confidentiality. For this reason, I will mention only the regular assignments I carried out for the Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs.

INTERPRETATION
CULTURAL
EVENTS
Interpreters of cultural events not only have to demonstrate impeccable linguistic skills, but they also have to be familiar with the stage, know how to maintain the meeting’s energy and how to establish a connection with the audience. On top of that, an increasing number of meetings are taking place online, so the interpreters are also required to be familiar with video conferencing applications.
As I feel equally comfortable in the role of an interpreter and a moderator or host, cultural events (also those conducted online) are types of assignments I particularly enjoy.

SPECIALIST
CONFERENCES
Interpreting at scientific conferences is a test for any interpreter – specialist vocabulary, a demanding audience and working with an entire interpreting team. For this reason, this type of interpreting requires careful preparation before the conference and maximum concentration in the course of the event. This being said, interpreting at specialist conferences always gives me great satisfaction.
