Interpreting during a meeting with an author

Extent of cooperation
On this occasion, the all-things-cycling company Veloart organised a meeting with Oliver Knight, the author of the book Pro Cycling Style. Woven into history. In addition to interpreting at this meeting, I also had the pleasure of helping the organisers to plan the course of the event.

Experience gained
As the meeting concerned a niche subject, I was required to carry out meticulous research to allow myself the fluent use of specialist jargon. Moreover, I had to skilfully adapt my interpreting style to the event, which had an official character but took place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
